This website, (excluding any linked third-party sites) is controlled by us from our principal business premises in New Zealand. Our servers are located in New Zealand. The information on it and these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute under these Terms or otherwise concerning this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Nelson.
